I own 3 20x10 Shelter logic tents and have 1 that is 11 years in constant use year round. My recent purchase of replacement canopy is my spare in case of storm damage from falling limbs.
We bought this to replace one we had bought 15 years ago. Very durable, fit great and looking forward to another 15 years of camping use!
Purchased to replace same size enclosure I have, good quality easy assembly, hope it last as long as the last one of over 10 years.
My husband was impressed with the quality of this replacement shelter cover -- it is thicker than the previous one we bought so expect it will last longer. However because of the heavier wt due to the added thickness, it is recommended you have someone help with the job -- he did it himself
A perfect replacement for my 10x20 ShelterLogic canopy, I would purchase this item again.
Great product. First cover lasted a little over three years and it was up all that time. It stood up to the sun, rain, snow and wind at times I thought it would blow away from the high winds we had but it's still up. The new cover will go up this summer.
I highly recommend this Canopy cover. I use it and the frame as a car port for my Van. I have had it for 25 years now (the frame, not the Canopy). The sun will break down the Canopy in time, but it is long lasting. Remember to take it down when winds reach sustained 30mph or more and it should last many years for you as well. Enjoy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weather finally allowed me to install the ShelterLogic replacement top to my Costco canopy frame. It fit, albeit a bit short on the sides, given I suppose that the Costco frame has a slightly steeper pitch than the top is designed for. But 8" bungee cords (not supplied, I am disappointed to say) stretched to the max manage to grip the top to the frame. The front and back are attached via a draw string that assumes a ShelterLogic frame. I had to drill holes in my four corner posts to be able to attach the draw string, and had to feed it through the velcro fastened sides ... not the best thing to do. So it is in place. I'm going to be watching closely to see if the very, very light material holds up.
I needed a replacement cover for a portable garage I purchased 10 years ago. This is the second replacement cover I've purchased. The first one only lasted 2 seasons. (From another Company) I saw that the majority of vendors at the Brimfield Fair were using these exact tops and thought they most likely have more knowledge than I. This one seems heavier, as far as ,the material goes. I like the way the cover lays on the frame, and where the grommets have been placed. I did need to use 2 Six inch bungees for every grommet hole... as to not pull too hard on the cover.
We got the original canopies to provide sun shade and rain protection for our flea market stand. They have been up the entire summer April to the end of October for two years and the covers are showing some deterioration from sun exposure, so we're putting on new covers. I anchored each of the poles with a 5 gallon bucket filled with concrete, and they have withstood two storms with 60 MPH winds. I'm happy with the service for the price.
