The product built quality is great and the spring tension is good. Product feels heavy duty and appears to be built to last. Have had it installed for a week or so in a heavy traffic area and appears to be holding strong. The wheels appear to roll smoothly. Overall a good product with easy installation.

Works perfectly for my back yard gate that was so hard to pull open and shut over my oh so unlevel yard. Was fairly easy to get it onto the pole and use the bolts and lock washers on them. Now that it's attached it works perfectly.

The Shepherd 4 " spring loaded gate caster worked great for a metal gate that was just put in. Makes opening and closing so much easier.

This helped my fence so much! My fence is incredibly heavy and was dragging by this has the springs on it that help make opening and closing the fence so much easier!

Gate wheel works great but would be nice if there were mounting hardware instructions for tube gates , not just wood. As well offer hardware options for purchasing the hardware. Had to figure out my own. Used chain link gate latch holder. Wheel tracks easy and turns when needed along uneven ground. Keeps gate even so no sag.

Well made for how inexpensive it is.
