Sherlock Holmes (Blu-ray + DVD + Digital )

I was very pleasantly surprised that this Blu-Ray also came with the DVD and Digital Copy! I wasn't expecting that at all.

My family and I love the sherlock holmes movies because they do not involve s*x or gory scenes. It certainly has some "suggestive material" and i think it may say "d*mn" or "H*ll" once or twice, but I as a Christian trying to raise a Christian family was not offended by these movies like I am by most action moves

Product arrived promptly and well packaged. Love this film and would recommend blue ray to anyone who has never purchased one previously...picture quality and colors are phenomenal.

Well I can say that I am a big mystery type of person. I really do have mix feelings about this movie. First, this movie is really like what I thought it would be in someways. It wasn't your normal Sherlock Holmes movies. I guess that is why I wasn't overally impressed by it. At the same time though, it was more action filled and had some comical points which kept the movie entertaining. The only mystery about this movie though is how "the bad guy" did some of his tricks, and Holmes figuring them out was just like the Holmes that I remember reading about. Again that is the only thing really similar between the books and this movie. I would probably suggest renting this movie before buying it only for the fact that if you are thinking this is just like the books or the old movies, you will probably be disappointed. I can say I am glad I watched it before buying it. Otherwise the movie was actually not that bad.

This movie was very well done. I thought the acting was fantastic and liked how the movie played out. Without being a spoiler I will say that there were parts of this movie that they did a fantastic job of filming (bareknuckle boxing scene). When comparing this movie to others that have come out lately, I would say this is right up there at the top with Avatar. I say this largely due to that there hasn't been many great movies released the last couple of months. Definitely give it a watch

Not the greatest movie, but a fun movie. Definitely worth watching.

Hope they continue with this series.

This is not your typical Sherlock Holmes. The story line was, I hate to say it, boring and drawn out at times. I'm a huge Downey Fan, and although I liked his Holmes, (nothing like the Rathbone Holmes) the story line left me wanting. Visually, the movie was stunning, the CGI is so flawless these days that it really is amazing. What do you get on this Blu-Ray Package? 1 Blu-Ray Disc with Movie, Comentary, Special Features and BD-Live. 1 DVD Disc 1 Digital Copy Overall I would recommend this package. Buyer beware, this is not your typical Holmes Movie.

Great movie with twists and turns. It will keep you guessing as you follow Sherlock Holmes through this mystery. Not a big deal, but the only thing that bugged me about the movie disc, is that it doesn't seem to include the deleted scenes. There were scenes in the movie trailers, that are not actually in the movie, I hoped to see in the 'special features'. I could find only the behind-the-scenes extra content. All in all, entertaining movie with plenty of value as you get three versions of the movie for the price of one...(Blu-ray, DVD, & Digital Copy)

This movie was just okay to me. I didn't dislike it , I just thought it would have more action , and comedy then it did. It seemed to be to slow moving between action sceens. Robert and Jude were great as always, just thought the movie had to little action.
