I will start off, saying the chair got here two days earlier than it was supposed to, which was awesome! The assembly was a breeze.. OMG the chair is amazing hitting all the right spots. My favorite is the foot massage. If you're thinking about getting this go for it you will not regret it.

The screen doesn't light up and we have to use our phone light in order to choose a setting. We still haven't figured out how to switch from auto to manual settings, and it's not for lack of trying.

I'm noticing the back heating part is not working. Of course its past the return period so now I'm having to go through customer service

no head rest. very small ( and I'm 5.7) they say there are 5 different massage mods but they all feel the same . you won't feel any variety. i don't recommend.

I would not even come close to buying this crap. First of all, it like sitting on bricks, there are speakers, but no Bluetooth function. Why do you Have speakers in the chair but no way to use them? And finally, there is no leaning back because the freakin chair stops at your shoulders. DO NOT, BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP..Preston

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I disliked everything! it was a piece of junk and did not work properly and/or as stated in the description. WORST CHAIR I EVER BOUGHT!

I ordered online a massage chair reclyner and i recieved only the sidings suppose to be it will come with two box but i recieved only 1 box , i contacted the seller they said they will working in it but i tried to contact them for an update or status on my order i didnt recieve any reply from them i dont know if they send it already until now im still waiting for that item.

I ordered this chair and was really looking forward to relaxing in it , but when delivered I only received one box containing the chair base and there were no arms or sides. I tried contacting the company several times but no response. I then pursued Walmart support and they couldn't get a hold of them either. One Walmart representative tried offering me less than $200.00 dollars back for a chair that I just put out over $800.00 for and I wasn't having it. Who gives $800.00 for $200.00 in return? At the end of the day I feel its Walmarts fault and needs to fix this problem. I'm still in the process of getting my money back. This is bad customer service and I'm definitely not happy 😕 😢

THE INCOMPLETE ITEM IS JUST GARBAGED IN MY GARAGE. SUPPLIER COMMIT TO REFUND MY MONEY, AT THE END IS A COMPLETE LIE. HAVE THE AUDACITY OG ASKING ME TO PACK PROPERLY AND CALL FEDEX FOR THEM!
