Product is great. It's adjustable from shoulders, to back and even calves. It's been very nice after long days of tennis or golf. It's nice to be able to sit on the couch or walk around and still have the massager. It is a little cumbersome to figure out, but once you get the hang of it, it's great.

I love the neck and back massage. It is hitting in all locations.

I received the package it was delivered on time everything looks good but I am missing the most important thing of massager THE BATTERY! I cannot try it on and it doesn't work without the charger that bad been missing. Please can you send me a charger for that magichands massager? Or I can going to return it ( the massager)

Bought two as gifts. One worked though I'm not sure the heating feature is working. The other one will only work if plugged into the wall they are supposed to charge up and one doesn't.

I was apparently sold a used and damaged item without my knowledge and cannot get a replacement because the price for this item is now 99.00 vs. 45.00
