I give support to products that do what they advertise and this is one product. I am not in the field, but believe the combination of the various B vitamins is helpful. This is based on my personal experience with vitamins. I have taken B vitamins and caffeine in the past. This product is nice in that everything is combined into one, eliminating the need for multiple different pills. I do not drink coffee, so I do not get a jolt in the morning from that. Easy to take product, found works best for me mid morning with a small snack. Gives a nice boost to the morning slowdown without any energy crash later side effects and no jittery over caffeineated side effects.

This product keeps me active throughout the day both physically and mentally for my office tasks.

When I received this product I was very eager to try it. When I opened the bottle I found the tables have no required identifying stamp on it as required by the FDA. I have watched a documentary where it was shown that there are a lot of companies making this type product which have nothing more than corn starch and powdered sugar inside the capsule itself. I even looked up information about this product online and was unable to locate any positive information from the FDA concerning this product. I am very reluctant to take any supplement or vitamin that does not have the required information.

I guess I'm used to taking caffeine pills so these didn't work on me... I took them then an hour later I was took a nap... I think I will try again after I quit taking caffeine tablets for awhile.... The ingredients are good natural ingredients so I can only assume that caffeine is stronger but bad for you... I'll update in a couple of weeks
