I have been having trouble getting 8 hours of sleep each night because even though I fall asleep without much trouble, I wake up twice, on average, during the night and have difficulty getting back to sleep (often giving up and getting up if it's the second time that's happened). I wanted to try this supplement to see if it would help. The first several days I took the full dose (2 tablets) at bedtime but I was still waking up once and struggling to fall asleep again, if at all. Then I switched to chewing one tablet at bedtime and putting the second one on my bedside table. Then when I woke up I would chew that one. So far (it's been another few days), this is working very well. Although I still wake up, I am able to fall back to sleep within a short time and have been getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep a night for the past 3 days. There may be other melatonin tablets that I could purchase but I believe these are working better than previous products I've tried because they are chewable. I am really pleased with the results and definitely recommend this product.

Finally a chewable without a bitter taste. There are not many brands of chewable melatonin. So far the ones I have tried have a horrible bitter taste despite being flavored. The Shiffa brand of melatonin is the first chewable I have foubd with horrible bitter taste.

The only time I really have troubles getting to sleep is if I have caffeine too late in the day. So I did a test and had a cup of coffee around 6:00 p.m. and then when I went to bed at midnight I took two of the melatonin pills and was asleep in less than half an hour. usually I could be up until 1:30-2:00 after having that much caffeine that late.

These chewable melatonin tablets work great on the nights I have trouble falling asleep. Less than 30 minutes after taking 2 of these I am yawning and able to fall asleep. I wake up in the morning feeling well rested. These tablets have a very mild pleasant taste. 2 chewable tablets are 6 mg (3 mg each) of melatonin.

This product works well. It's chewable for makes it easy to take. Once relaxed, I fell asleep within 10 - 15 minutes. There was no "groggy" feeling the next morning, which was great. I would definitely recommend this product.
