After my baby, I had issues with chronic fatigue even after hours of sleep. I also had problems with staying alert and focused throughout the day. I noticed after taking these pills that I feel like I have morr energy overall and clarity of thought. The pills are rather large and I hate swallowing pills but they don't cause any stomach upset which is great. I believe these have also aided me in suppressing my appetite which has helped a bit with my weight loss goals. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I have been taking these for a month to try, as I have been feeling very sluggish and mentally dull (COVID shutdown may have had something to do with that). I will be purchasing more. I can definitely tell the difference in my energy and my mental sharpness. I am typically hesitant to review Vitamins, because I do not like to suggest anyone put anything into their bodies as it is a personal choice and as always under a doctor's care. For me, these vitamins do what they say they do. Of course it is subtle, but I can definitely tell the difference. I am a B-12 fan, and this product ticks that box, along with Magnesium, Zink, etc., (see picture for Ingredients). I do want to point out, in the "Other Ingredients" listed at the bottom of the label it says "Rice Flour", I can't imagine it would be very much as it is not even listed on the "%Daily Value" but it may be worth noting if you are ULTRA Keto.

Hi, I received my SHIFAA NUTRITION thyroid support & adrenal fatigue relief supplements and have been taking them for about 10 days. As someone with Hashimoto's thyroiditis for 25 years I can say I have been through a lot with regard to thyroid health. I am finally very stable but sometimes I just feel drained. I am very health conscious with regard to my thyroid, and this supplement has all the things that are great for thyroid support and adrenal fatigue. I had read up on selenium and was looking into sources for it. I have been taking kelp (iodine) tablets for years also. This also has L-tyrosine and B12, which I was also reading up on. I love the fact that I now have all the thyroid support that I need in 1 capsule! I have been under a lot of stress lately with all the changes to my routines, and I must say, that I woke up feeling very well after working in the yard all day yesterday, usually I am drained! I would recommend this to anyone with a thyroid problem, it is one stop shopping for all the recommended support elements for your thyroid.

This review is for the SHIFAA NUTRITION Thyroid Support and Adrenal Fatigue Relief Supplement with Iodine, Selenium and L-Tyrosine, 30 servings (60 capsule). The claim is that it helps with thyroid support, adrenal fatigue, energy, boosts metabolism, focus, clarity, and cortisol balance. I took two pills a day for about a week. It suggests taking the supplement with food and I agree. I took it for the first time on an empty stomach and while it didn't make me nauseous it did upset my stomach a little bit. I can't speak to the claims of helping with thyroid support and metabolism as there is no way for me to know if these areas were supported. What I can speak to is that I did feel a bit more energy, my usual feelings of fatigue and off during the day and evening did improve, and I felt more focused. I don't typically have poor stress response nor am I moody but I did feel like my mood was more even. As I continue to take it, I may notice more benefits. I like that it is all natural with no junk, fillers, dyes, or artificial ingredients along with it being Non-GMO. That it is made in the USA in FDA-registered facility under strict GMP guidelines. I recommend this supplement.
