I've been taking these vitamins for a week in a half and I really haven't seen too much change. Just a bit on two areas. Maybe I need more time. I would say the hot flashes are not 10 times a day as usual. I have them less now and feel more energy though. Hope this helps.

I ordered one bottle of Shifar Nutrition Women's Support. The bottle contains 60 gelatin encased capsules. This dietary supplement is made with Black Cohosh, Sage, Red Clover, Licorice, Don Quai, Chaste berry, Blessed Thistle, Wild Yam and other quality ingredients. I wanted to try this type of supplement because I am getting older and could be experiencing symptoms of peri menopause or menopause soon. I also had recently started suffering from an ongoing issue with slight spotting between my menstrual periods. My gynecologist did lab work and a pelvic ultrasound which were all normal. I thought these capsules may be able to help with my issue. I showed her the bottle's information and she said that it looked fine to take. I really did not have anything to lose by trying it. These capsules are fairly large in size. They are a bit larger then some of the other supplement capsules that I take but are not extremely difficult to swallow. They capsules can also be pulled apart to expose the powdered supplement inside if I preferred to mix that into my tea or water. To me, they have a very pleasant scent. I could definitely smell the Sage in this supplement. The “Suggested Use” instructions state to take 2 capsules daily preferably with meals. I like to take one tablet at noon with lunch and one in the evening with dinner. Both capsules can be taken at once if desired. I have only been taking these capsules for a little over a week now so it is way to early to know if they will improve my situation. Since my issue is related to my menstrual cycles, I intend to order a second bottle so I can give this supplement at least two cycles to see if it helps me.

Women's Support Shifaa Nutrition This made me feel pretty good, it did take a little getting used to. I prefer to eat with it as I do most vitamins. It does make me feel "normal again". I am sleep for one and not get up to turn the A/c on or off or turn the fan on or get more water or got to the bathroom. Lol I'm sure you all understand the nightly routine. My mood seemed to be good, no noticeable ups or down. I did feel a little full. It did not say that was a side affect, yet some vitamins tend to do that to me. I did also notice I was able to eliminate water waste more often. I drink a lot of water as it is. It's nice to know that the vitamin is doing its job. I'd recommend this, it's been 7 days, 1 week for me I wanted to give it some time before I put a review in. I am still enjoying this. I'd say give it a try!

These supplements did seem to help somewhat with my hot flashes although I did not notice any benefit with weight management and I do not have mood swings thankfully. I would recommend it as a supplement to try during menopause to support your hot flashes, it seemed to work well for them.

These seemed to work pretty good, took away some of the night sweats. Didn't leave me feeling blah the next day. I'm gonna continue to use these & see how things go after a month, its been about a week.
