We absolutely ADORE this heater. It's realistic, cozy, %26 aesthetically pleasing. The crackling sounds are so so soothing.. %26 there's NO installation required! You just take it out of the box %26 plug it in.. no instructions needed.. doesn't get any easier than that! It also puts out some SERIOUS heat! The photo I added doesn't do it justice.. I wish I could add a video.. it's SO much better looking %26 the embers are much more realistic looking in person!! It's the perfect addition to our room. It gives SUCH a chill cozy vibe. DEFINITELY buying another for the upstairs since it heats our ENTIRE downstairs (living room, dining room, %26 kitchen) %26 our rooms are decent sizes. It also has a strap holder for easy moving if you so desire to move it around :) We are VERY impressed %26 happy with our purchase!

This is the easiest set up ever! I simply took it out of the box and plugged it in. The heat is perfect and the ambiance is lovely. It works just exactly the way it should.

I absolutely love it this little guy puts out some heat I have already recommended it to like five people that I know the sound of the crackling fire lulls me to sleep I definitely recommend and it's got like a retro TV type 5 to it it's awesome

we love the extra heat on the cold winter nights. And it is comforting to watch the flames however we have to use it in moderation because it has made a little difference in our power consumption.. still a good buy..

After one month, the flame stopped working. It doesn't put out as much heat as the older one that we thought was the same brand and type.
