THE BIGGEST DOWN SIDES ARE EXTERNAL LABEL LOADING THEY FEED FROM A PILE OR ROLL SITTING NEXT TO THE MACHINE TAKING UP DESK SPACE THE INSTRUCTION BOOK SHOWS A FREESTANDING HOLDER FOR THE ROLL TYPE BUT IT IS NOT INCLUDED AND I DONT SEE ANY PLACE TO ORDER ONE SO YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN IF YOU WANT TO USE ROLL TYPE THEY DO INCLUDE A COUPLE DOZEN LABELS TO PRACTICE ON THEY ALSO ARE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT USING THE A/C ADAPTER THAT COMES WITH IT AND IT IS HUGE 1 1/2 D X 2 W X 4 LONG !!! THE MACHINE IS ONLY 3X3X7

First thing is to download the devices software driver. In this box there was NO thumb drive with software driver provided. So I go to the website address provided for inside instructions and it does not exist. Therefore I was not able to start the printer let alone print labels. The product looks similar in construction and design to other thermal printers I've seen. If the manufacture were to send me a thumb drive with the proper software to download (one for PC Windows and one for Android smart phone). perhaps I could get it working. As it stands, it's a big NO from me.

The fact that I tried to download three different programs to connect it to my phone or my tablet to print and still couldn't get it to work and that's about it

I've had it for about two weeks and I can't get to to work right now. I set it to the size that it says in the book and it comes out so Small that you can't read it. I want to know how to return this thing!
