Shipping Protection by Route

Getting the Protection by Route is so worth it! Our first delivery came with a split headboard, but Route immediately remedied the situation, at no extra cost to us, by replacing the order that was delivered, safely, only 3 more days later. They have very friendly, respectful, and expedient customer service! So worth it!

We ordered this specifically for our 10day Campervan trip to Scotland. Previously we have used our LOs carry cot for short trips. However we needed something that could be compact and tidied away. This was the ideal solution. It felt safe, sturdy and was super easy to foldaway. 100% recommend.

This works perfectly for my grandson. It’s very sturdy and safe. I don’t recommend it for constant back and forth trips because it’s a little tricky to build and rebuild plus it’s pretty heavy. It’s definitely a great bed to have if your looking for a comfy and tall playpen to keep little ones in.

Really good, so glad I got it for these UK heatwaves. Can undo the zip from the bottom so babies legs are out to reduce temp again but keeps them warm when the temperature starts dropping in the night.

I bought this set for my daughter as a house warming gift. She had done a lot of research and had this on her list. We were so excited to surprise her with this set before her kitchen was even complete. When I say she loved them. She took each piece out and raved about the quality. We can't wait for the first family meal at her house. She is already planning to host. Win in our book!

Great option to protect your investment and would not purchase my Perfect Bars without adding this minimal fee.

I ordered multiple sleep suits in different togs and they are all beautiful quality & lovely designs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Package arrived hot. Dry ice had not even been cold prior to packaging. It's not like it was sitting in the sun and just got warm from the sun the dry ice packet wasn't even wet or cool. It felt like it had never been frozen prior to packaging and therefore my product had to be thrown out. Super disappointing

I didn’t know I even purchased the “shipping protection” until I got the email receipt! This is such a scam! The shipping company and Green pan are responsible for getting the products to customers without damage, etc. Why should customers pay for this. It’s much worse than the extended warranty protection! I should have returned the pans purely on principle.
