I love this cream. I have been using it for years. I am 72 and no one believes it. I owe it to Shiseido. I have used your products since I have been in my 20's.

I've been using this product for years and it is the one I always go back to. After cleansing and softening, I apply it for a soft look and feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really dry skin and this cream just melts into my skin and really helps hydrate and makes my skin feel so smooth and soft. I'm really picky about face creams but this one is a must have! The scent is also very similar to ponds. I love it!

The first few times I've used this moisturizer, I already saw a difference on my skin. My face never looked as youthful it can be without it. I like the softness and gentleness of the cream on my skin. I also loved its new scent. It's calming to my senses. I can't run out of this cream.

My friends always praise my skin. I always purchase it before I run out. I also stock up when there is a sales/discount or comes in a gift set.

The merchandise is good for quality and price, but the shipping has ruined holiday's spirit. The products were shipped in paper box without any wrapping protection and boxes were severely cracked. I'll be shamed to send these products in deformed boxes to my family and friends.

Do not purchase the item from this seller; plain and simple! The cream turned out to be a counterfeit Shiseido product. The first red flag arose when I opened the package; a big tag on the top was written in simplified Chinese (Shiseido is a Japanese brand). I opened the box next and noticed the difference in the paper density/thickness; the official packaging is much thicker. Then, I had a look at the text. The first thing that jumped my eye was: inconsistencies in the different languages on the packaging, mainly between Italian, English and German (native tongue). The next indicator was the container itself; it's made of such cheap polymer that squeaks when force is applied to it, i.e. when you hold it with both hands, one at the lid, the other at the bottom, and try to open it. The hygiene guarantee tag was a simple sticker that could be pulled up and down and would always stick; contrary to the original, this sticker is high-quality polyurethane that is melted to the container on both ends. So, when you pull it up or twist the lid, it breaks and leaves a plastic residue, and the tag won't stick back. The final confirmation came when I opened it. The cream was white, and the original is not; it's light pink! Never mind the scent; different!

Don't buy, don't buy, don't buy, so important I have to say this 3 times. This is a fake, I've been using Shiseido Bio-Performance Super Revitalizing Crème for over 15 years, the color and smell is so fake, it is far from the real thing. When I bought 2 bottles of 2.6 oz, I received 2 bottles of 1.7 oz. I contacted the customer service, but did not receive any response.
