Shiseido Bio-Performance Advanced Super Revitalizing Cream, 2.6 oz

Total scam. Product is listed as 2.6 oz. with a picture looking similar to what my wife currently has. What we received was a much smaller and different shaped container with only 0.51 oz. Obviously 0.51oz is only 20% or what we should have received based on the product description of 2.6oz. Should have given it 0 rating but that is not allowed. This was our first Walmart online purchase and probably last.

I ordered what I thought was the trusted Shiseido cream, but what I received is clearly a counterfeit. Right away, I noticed the texture and scent were completely off — it doesn't smell or feel like the real Shiseido product I've used for years. Upon closer inspection, the packaging even had misspelled words (see photo), which is a clear red flag. PERFORMANCE IS SPELLED WRONG!! I'm shocked and disappointed that Walmart is allowing counterfeit products like this to be sold on their platform. It's incredibly irresponsible and unsafe. Consumers trust retailers to verify the legitimacy of what they're selling — especially skincare products that go directly on your face. After trying this fake cream, I broke out in a rash and experienced severe irritation around my eyes. I had to stop using it immediately. This isn't just misleading — it's dangerous. You don't know what's in these fake products, and they can cause real harm. Walmart needs to remove this product immediately and take better steps to ensure authenticity. Counterfeit cosmetics have no place on a major retailer's site. Please be careful — I wish I had known before purchasing.
