[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During last year I tried a lot of an eye creams, some cheaper, some really expensive, but all with poor results. This one exceed my expectations. This formula, so rich, and thick texture, and how, my around eyes area looks, and feels after I use it, is miracle. I had one very problematic spot extremely dry spot on my eyelid, nothing could heal, but this cream healed after 2 days. Also, this texture fill fine lines and makes younger look. Look forward to buy full size.

I started to notice how delicate the area was getting and the skin under the eye was starting to really become thin. I hated taking my makeup off as I could feel my skin stretching and worsening. Makeup was settling in the bags and lines and. I had read about the serum and sounded perfect, an eye serum to firm up that area. I have used a lot of creams and nothing has worked. Well after one week my under eye feels completely different. It feels firmer, more I am absolutely over the moon with the results after such a short amount of time. It has also helped reduce the puffiness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used this product a couple of times but it seems really good. I found it to be very moisturising and even though it seemed greasy at first that quickly went away. Also it smells really nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product in the sample wasn't efficient enough. Speaking of myself I would like to try the product a couple of days before buying it! Unfortunately the sample wasn't even enough for a single use! In addition was in a little plastic wrapping that couldn't seal again!

Product seems nice and easily absorbed by skin and not too heavy/thick. Really wouldnt know the results though as I have only used the product for 3 weeks and then bottle ran empty. Kept on pumping and shaking the bottle and nothings coming out. And Im only using it at night as Im using another product in the morning. Maybe I received a faulty product?

Title: Excellent Product, But I Received What Appears to Be Very Old Stock As a loyal Shiseido user for 35 years who has tried virtually every line—from Future Solution LX to the lightweight blue-bottle line I bought for my children—this has been one of my most disappointing Shiseido purchase experiences. The eye serum itself is outstanding. It has long been a staple in both my morning/evening eye-care routine, as well as for touch-ups on the go. It is genuinely a Holy Grail product for me, and one I could easily see myself using for decades. After it was discontinued on Shiseido's official website—where I used to purchase it, along with Macy's and Costco—I started searching elsewhere. Walmart's price was not the lowest among my options, but because I trusted Walmart's reputation as a major retailer, I ordered two bottles from a third-party seller on the Walmart Marketplace. When they arrived, I checked the batch code printed on the bottom: 0184PM (UPC: 768614154785). Multiple online batch-checking sources indicated that the code was consistent with a product manufactured approximately six years ago. Because I was concerned about the apparent age of a product intended for use around the delicate eye area, I immediately contacted Walmart customer support and provided the batch code, asking for clarification about the product's age and shelf life. My message was forwarded to the third-party seller. Rather than providing information about the age or sourcing of the product, the seller responded that they were “just a retailer” and directed me to contact Shiseido directly. I then contacted Shiseido USA. After lengthy communication, I was told that they could not provide further verification because this seller was not an authorized Shiseido retailer. With no satisfactory way to verify the age, storage history, or condition of the product, I returned both bottles. I later obtained additional information indicating that Shiseido had changed its batch-code format years ago. That information was consistent with the results I had already received from the batch-checking sources and further increased my concern that the bottles I received were older stock. I find it extremely concerning that a skincare product appearing to be approximately six years old could still be offered for sale without any disclosure about its age, and that the seller was unable/unwilling to provide meaningful clarification when directly asked. My disappointment is not with the product itself, but with this purchase experience and the unverifiable age of the inventory. As a longtime customer, I was simply not comfortable using a product whose age could not be satisfactorily explained. If a 0-star rating were an option, I would give this purchase experience 0 stars instead of 1.
