Snug fit
I bought this a few weeks ago and it fits correctly; nice and snug. Turns out I broke my foot just above my heel and this thing adds just enough pressure to keep me from hurting or straining.

Highly recommend for Achilles tendinitis. Helps my wife work all day. Improvements were night and day.

Serves its purpose
Applies adequate pressure to the Achilles and the band around the foot is thin so it doesn't get in the way of proper shoe fit! Although it hasn't completely alleviated pain from tendinitis while running, I can tell a significant difference. Would recommend.

Inconsistent sizing
This product has been helpful for Achilles pain. I bought another one for my other foot, and it is significantly smaller than the first one I purchased despite being the same size on the tag.
