First of all, the flavor is surprisingly good—it actually tastes like grape Kool-Aid and makes wearing it way less annoying, especially during long training sessions or games. The fit is super comfortable thanks to the gel liner. It molds perfectly to your bite after boiling, and it stays snug without feeling bulky. The breathing channels are a game changer too—I can talk and breathe easily without feeling like I'm choking on plastic. As for protection, it's top-notch. I use it for contact sports, and it definitely provides peace of mind. I've taken a few hits to the jaw, and this mouthguard absorbed the impact like a champ. It was great, I don't think I was expecting too much but I liked it. I will say I wasn't shipped the cherry I had the purple one. Which isn't bad at all just want to clarify the post. Highly recommend if you do sports more often then I do !!

But only lasted for one to 2 games. It was as comfortable as a mouth guard can be and there was no issues with breathing.
