Light duty only
This machine is good for plastic, aluminum, die-cast zinc, phenolic, etc anything but steel. The motor is very light duty ( we wore out the brushes, and the replacements I found online were mostly used for sewing machines ) and should probably only be used for 5 min at a time to avoid overheating. If you're going to spend the ridiculous asking price, spend a few hundred more and get one of the larger tabletop mills.
