Wonderful chiming sound!
The wind chime is lovely and has a wonderful sound to it. I liked mine so much that I e-mailed a pix of it on my porch to my sister. She liked it so much that she and my brother-in-law ordered one for their house right away! Wow, Shop LC, you're delivering Joy to both of our homes!

Bent and torn in package.
The three chimes were shipped together in the same plastic envelope with no padding or protection. When I opened one of the boxes the strings were broken in 3 places and three of the tubes were bent. It costs more to ship it back than it is worth, so I will not be returning the damaged one, nor I will not be gifting it as planned. This looks as if it was re-packaged. Two of the three chimes were in much better condition The tone is great and the wood color really looks good with the silver colored tubes. This is the 4th disappointing thing that has happened in my last 5 purchases. What has happened to Shop LC?

These chimes seem pretty nice but arrived broken. Not worth returning since they were inexpensive but disappointed since it was a gift for my grandson
