Made me a return customer.
Plant came with minimal damage. Few bent fronds. Which is to be expected for a shipped plant via fed ex. Over all 99% of the plant arrived zero damage. Plant is healthy and already thriving after a few days. It's perked up fully and already showing new unfurling of fronds.

Gorgeous Fern
My queen fern was delivered in bueatiful good condition just like the picture. The packaging was done with excellent of care. Thank you I will surely order from this nursery again.

Please Ship More Carefully O_o
Take this with a grain of salt, because the fern was shipped from California to Kentucky. I think I'm lucky actually, considering the distance, because the poor plant was dry, crispy, and drooping by the time it got here. Gave it a nice soak and am letting it sit in the kitchen sink and get some sun from the window, the biggest issue I had was that whoever packaged this fern put the sticker on saying "live plants, handle with love" with an arrow put it on wrong, and it's been on its side with soil flying out of the pot and bouncing around inside the entire time during transit. Accidents happen, but please double check these things when you ship them guys.

Underwhelmed, Not As Shown
The actual fern that was delivered is much smaller than the one shown in the advertisement. The advertised fern is mature with many fronds, more than than you would be able to count. The fronds in the advertisement show fronds spilling over the container so much the container is hardly visible. The item delivered to me has about a few frail fronds and is not representative of what was advertised.
