All right ladies, this bread machine was $63 which is very reasonable. I got it to replace my OSTER bread maker, which was great but I don't think they make it anymore. I could not find it except old ones on eBay. Back to the ranch on this machine, for sure do not follow their insane recipes… The French bread recipe for a 2 1/2 pound loaf calls for 2 1/2 cups of flour. I thought that was weird and of course it is. Other than the recipe book not helping much, it looks pretty good. Oh yes, the dough setting is 14. Which it doesn't say anywhere in the manual. OK, I'm making my first French bread in it now. I will check back with y'all later with how this thing turns out. Have a great day.
