Shout! Factory - Outbreak [ULTRA HD]

okay I am going to be very honest here I thought this was just okay. I enjoyed the movie very much what I am referring to now is picture quality. this movie is in Dolby vision which I have full capacity to use and the proper nit rate to be able to see it as the director intended. this movie looks dark to me like you intentionally turn down the darkness it is the HDR doing this. I don't know if this movie is supposed to look this way but even in the daytime scenes it seems like everything is darker clarity seems to be okay nothing special I have no issues with the sound for what it is it is excellent Great bass response great sound steering through the surrounds overall excellent. I'm not really sure what is going on with the visual quality. If this movie is supposed to look like this and this is what the director intended then I have no problem with it but I've seen this movie many times and I have never seen it look this dark. Your mileage may vary on this one I read reviews before buying it and reviewers were saying that it is an excellent disc. I am going to have to respectfully disagree. I think everything about it is great except for how dark it is. Hope this helps Go on some sites check out some screenshot comparisons I hate for people to spend money on something they won't be happy with. Obviously by the reviews I have seen people are happy with this I'm sorry but I am not.
