The dvd is high quality, has four language and subtitle options, and this movie is an absolute masterpiece. 10/10. Hayao Miyazaki is incredible.

This is such an amazing movie. It focuses a lot on the environment and what happens when people take advantage of the nature around them. This is a personal favorite of mine.

the sleeve was torn on the top!!! don't buy if you're trying to collect them

The movie is good, and the transfer is ok. Definitely some pixelation in dense images with lots of motion. Why 3 stars? The translation. Wow, it's bad. As a comparison, the translation in much earlier releases by different companies was much closer. The misses are in small talk, key statements to define character and motivation... everywhere. Add to this the fact that the subtitles fill the screen, and it comes off all around as amateurish. A real shame. If you want a cheap copy (got mine for $9), then can't really go wrong, but if you are into original Japanese voices with subtitles, there are better out there. Nope, have no idea of the dub, but I assume it's as bad as dubs always are.

Never received the movie, it somehow got lost in transit. I don't usually have this problem with Walmart so I'm left empty-handed.

I order this item twice and both times it didn't come with the cover sleeve. So if you looking to order this item to add to your collection. Remember it doesn't come with the cover sleeve, even though the online image shows it does.
