I purchased this as a replacement for a diverter valve that broke after 3 years of use. I have a rain showerhead and I also have a hand shower both attached to the same water feed. I use the hand shower to wash my dogs or just clean the tub. It is so much easier to give my dogs a bath with a hand shower spray than have the rain shower pouring down and freaking them out. If I need it, I can adjust the valve so I have my rain shower AND my hand shower.

Works fine. It's easy to switch over to just the overhead shower alone. The hand shower part is easy to turn on with a flip of the "little handle thingy". :)

This diverter works great and easy to turn while showering. It was very easy to install and the price for the product is less than some that aren't as good as this one. I recommend it.

Great replacement for the push type diverter which is so hard to use. In this product all it takes to switch from shower to shower wand is a flip of the switch.

This valve is such a wonder. It moves with such ease when going from shower head to handheld. Would recommend it to anyone. Very easy to install.

Works as it should, reduces flow on my main shower head, my shower head on the hose kept the same pressure. It leaks some and I will reinstall with silicon tape. (not included but 2 washers are included)

Operates very smoothly, but the male threads are too short to tighten any pipe or fitting on. You would need to use alot of pipe thread which is not its intended use.

I wasn't able to use it because the threads did not match up correctly. It appears to be of good quality, but the fact that the threads weren't correct makes me think different.

I used pipers tape and it leaked, then retaped and added silicone. Still leaks. Where the part can screw onto whatever your attaching doesn't seal tight either. It stops turning on the object but the side connected to itself still turns and acts like its broken moving around

This has a built in reducer that lowers the water pressure a good amount. It's also not a single body unit, so I can't tape the top swivel fitting in order to get it to stop pouring a continuous stream of water. On top of this, the provided rubber gaskets don't work. The male threads also aren't long enough to fully fill the depth female threads on my shower head and sprayer attachment. That's probably why the rubber washers don't work. They're not even meeting where they should. Basically, it's a piece of trash that shouldn't be sold.
