It depends on the meaning of quality. While this is a plastic set, its beautiful and actually since I am disabled I love how light weight it is!! Also I dropped it in the shower and it hasn't broken yet 🤞🤞. Sometimes my hands stop working, but I wouldn't try that cuz again it's a lightweight plastic and idk what it's drop rating is. But it is light. Bless you

Bought this one for my special needs son's bathroom. It is perfect for our needs when having to bathe him. The stream is perfect and the handheld wand is easy to use for him. It's lightweight and comes with a wand holder. It was easy to install all on my own! Would recommend 👍🏼

This is my second purchase of this particular shower head. I discarded the old one when I moved and immediately purchased another. Useful when bathing my dog and cleaning the shower walls. The pressure is sufficient as well.

this product is a repeat purchase for me. i purchased for another bathroom. the multiple settings is nice and the handheld wand is great and easy to use unlike some on/ off /pause. yhis one worked very well for me.

Purchased for my elderly mother. Installation seemed simple enough, although I still had a leak when tightening without tools as recommended. Hose is advertised as extra long, but it's barely long enough to go from up high at the showerhead assembly to the body and would not work for my mother seated in a handicap accessible purchased for my elderly mother. A smaller showerhead works better with the shower pressure that I have when using both and above head and handheld fixture at the same time.

Definitely not worth the money. deceitful description on the package. shower head does not spray 4 ways. its only 1 way and 3 in the handheld. so dishonest. very low pressure too.

The idea behind this shower head made us excited to try it out. the buttons to change from the shower head to the hand-held sprayer broke within the first few days. Then, the ability to change the settings in the suower head also broke when the button was stuck and would not move. We decided to replace the shower head with a different model. We do not recommend it due to how quickly the parts started to malfunction.

The pressure is honestly really bad, the Walmart brand one I had prior was much better at half the price. The handle only has “two” settings but more like one setting which is a standard spray. I have no idea what to call the other setting, it's like a leaky faucet setting and completely useless. The bigger shower head has no pressure. They really need to discontinue this product. I returned it and got the waterpik shower clean pro hand held and it is amazing. Save your time and money and skip trying this out.

DID NOT HAVE WAND IN PACKAGE. Was it stolen?! Why would it even be brought to me without the MAIN COMPONENT?! I removed every single thing from the box and the wand was the only thing missing

I should have listened to ask the negative reviews. This thing is junk. Terrible water pressure, and the button to change the mode setting on the wand is broken after 2 weeks. Don't waste your money.
