DVD arrived a day later than scheduled, but I was not unhappy with the delay. DVD was in new condition. Again, thank you. My grandchild is quite pleased.

Every slot where the movies are supposed to be in is broken. Luckily the discs are fine but the DVD box was just completely broken

The case is locked and I cannot open it. Makes me think someone Stole it and is reselling it online. Also took So Long for delivery that I forgot I had even ordered it.

used??? sold as NEW. no digital Code!
super disappointed, Came with plastic wrap like new, but as we opened it plastic parts that hold disc broken and very visible finger prints all over the disc, really.... IS THIS "NEW"?? also no digital code like advertised, i wouldn't of bought as i already have all of these disc.
