Love but I'm just a beginner

Cheap but gets the job done
These vertical climbers are a great full body workout but the problem with all of them is that they only last for 2-4 months depending on how often you use them. I used mine 5 times a week for 3 months and the plastic wheels started to wear down and shed little pieces of plastic. This particular machine was pretty sturdy and the price was reasonable. I managed to lose 30lbs in those 3 months so even though this is cheap garbage it did what it was supposed to do and for $130, I will be purchasing another.

Very excellent customer service. Fast response
Fast response and refund from seller. Very understanding as well. Thank you and sorry the machine didn't work out for me. I was eager to try it. 3 stars because the machine didn't work out but 5 stars for customer service

I wouldn't recommend
Sent a damaged item. May have gotten damaged thru shipping. Should've known from the packaging. But I couldn't put a handle bar on because the metal was bent out of shape.
