Six year old loves Sick Bricks

Anonymous April 9, 2015

We received this as a BZZagent to try out. Downloading the app was super easy. I then handed the pack to my son and he quickly figured out how to engage the sick bricks. He was super excited to show me that he could create mix and match characters. He really enjoys this activity and it keeps it attention.

11 year old obssessed!

ErinMD April 20, 2015

We received this game through BzzAgent and my 11 year old hasn't stopped playing since. He loves the characters and being able to make his own. Definitely recommended for his age group.

Lots of Fun!

MomOfTwins March 31, 2015

Received a pack to try through BzzAgent. Did not think my 7 year old would really like these since he does not play many games on any devices. But he really likes them. He likes that you can change up the characters and take pictures to bring them into game. My only complaint is the tiny pieces. My son is not very good at keeping track of the little pieces and gets frustrated when he can't find one. Otherwise really like!

My 8 year old has fun with this game/app

thinktink68 April 19, 2015

I received Sick Brick for free from BzzAgent. #Gotitfree. My 8 year old son was so excited when they came in the mail. You have to download the app for the game so we did that on his iPad. He played the game itself for a bit to get used to the game. When the game got to a certain point it asked him to take a picture of one of the Sick Bricks. We tried it while he was sitting on the couch. It was too dark, not enough lighting. When taking the pictures, make sure you do it in a place with very bright lighting, otherwise it won't work. We ended up taking the photo in the kitchen. He was excited because each brick has different powers. He seemed to get a bit frustrated at times trying to figure out the game itself. He'd give up but eventually want to go back to playing it. He got more excited when I told him he could interchange the bricks. He made all sorts of new guys for the game with new powers. My 16 year old even showed some interest in the game. Overall, it's a great game/app. Might get bored or frustrated at times, but always seems to go back to it.

Fun Figures / Fun & Easy App

mburke776 April 14, 2015

I received the Sick Bricks package free from Bzzagent, for submitting an honest review. My 8 year old was excited to open the package once it arrived. The app was easy to download and ready to begin play. My first opinion as I watched him play was, this seems a little confusing, even for an 8 year old. It took him less than half an hour and he knew what to do, who to beat, etc. Our first character that we "beamed in", we had a little bit of difficulty, but took the advice from the game and put a white sheet of paper behind the figure. No problems after that. My son played for hours. He got a little bored with it when he couldn't upgrade to the next level and needed more characters to advance. All in all, I think it is a great game and very easy to load the app.

Hours and Hours of Entertainment!

MomofThree March 28, 2015

I received this item as my first BzzAgent Campaign and I know that my 8-year-old son was far more excited that I'd signed up than I was. Before we got the bricks we had downloaded and played the ap on each of our devices, but by the time the bricks came in......they never did get 'beamed' into my own game! The pair of us opened the box and immediately beamed the characters in. The beaming in part was a bit hard, you have to make sure the light is bright and the recommendation to put the bricks on a plain piece of paper helps a lot! But once we fought through (and it wasn't THAT much time) my son played and played and is still enjoying this new toy. Will definitely be seeking out more to add to the his easter basket this year.

Fun game, but the scanning isn't as fun

MeatballJr April 14, 2015

I got these for free as part of a promotional kit from BzzAgent. The game itself is fun. There are multiple levels to play and lots of level up opportunities. Lots of areas and equipment to level up. The pace is great - you can sit down and keep playing for as long as your characters last. I like that the bricks are affordable and it won't break the bank to add to my collection. I'm having a lot of trouble getting the scanning to work. I'm not sure if that's my phone (iPhone 4s) or if it's a common problem with the scanning function. Overall, I play it less than I would if I didn't have to scan all the time, but it's still something I enjoy.

Sick Bricks

Mona April 18, 2015

I received these to review from Bzzagent. My son was really excited when we received these. He had already heard about them before we had them. My son really likes that you can mix them up and make different characters. You do need to be in a well lit area to be able to scan them in. It can be a little tricky. He plays with them on an iPad mini. He said the app is really fun.

New Idea for Lego Lovers

FloridaShopper April 7, 2015

PROS *The game is free. *Has multiple levels to achieve for longer play. *The game DOES NOT need wifi! *The bricks are well made and nice looking. Good detailing. *The brick characters can be swapped and combined into several characters. *They can be played alone or together. My kids have enjoyed them both ways. CONS *Scanning could be improved. *Don't lose those bricks because if your character dies in the game, you need to rescan them to bring them back to life. Overall, my son enjoyed the whole toys + app experience the most.
