This armoire was in an unusual width that I had sought out for weeks. It was the perfect size for a useless nook I had at the end of a hallway. I bought it for the perfect size but was delighted at its appearance. Perfect and great for the price.

It's a very nice piece great value for the money - actually liked it so much I bought something else from this brand after the fact. This piece is worth it for sure

Very easy to put together just takes some time and it is sturdy and very chic drawers r big and sturdy actually buying another one love it !!!

Assembly was a bit confusing

The cabinet is shipped in 2 packages. The first time they shipped it, there were critical pieces missing and could not be assembled. The customer service person agreed to reship another one to us rather than just send the missing pieces. The next package arrived with only one of the boxes (it is shipped in 2 boxes). The box that arrived didn't contain the missing pieces so we still couldn't assemble it. I contacted customer service again and they shipped a 3rd box which also included the missing pieces. We were finally able to finish the assembly. The quality control on the packaging needs some work to ensure all components are there (they are lettered and numbered so this shouldn't be hard). The cabinet looks good now that it's assembled

Not the best quality and very difficult to assemble. It's rickety.

Not real rattan nor wood. This is particle board on printed plastic with vinyl rattan. I was looking for something that was a step above Ikea and this is a step below. Shipping expensive and could not even deliver properly due to the weight of the item. Does not look as good as the pictures and I'm now questioning if all the reviews I read leading to the purchase are real. Takes a full half day to assemble.

Item arrived missing 4 parts to complete the assembly including the left and right panels for the base with the drawers. I am more than halfway done but am unable to complete the assembly. The phone number on the instructions just goes to voicemail. The "contact seller" feature on Walkmart.com kicks back an error when trying reach out/send a message directly. Under the warranty section it advises contacting them via email when parts are missing, which we've done. Now we're just crossing our fingers. For the money, the item is beautiful and decent. But useless in our case at the moment. I'm guessing returning it will be a huge inconvenience. Especially since all of the parts we did get are now out of the boxes they came in and we've already assembled a lot of it.
