I'll start with I have lower back problems. My back was so stiff when I would get out of bed before, I couldn't bend to get my clothes on. I got the Queen 12", this bed doesn't make me feel like that, I can move again. Theres support yet it's squishy enough you sink in. It doesn't make me roll into my husband but any more give and I would. its so soft like a cloud but supportive. It's funny cause motion transfer isn't bad but I noticed if my husband is shaking his foot you can feel it through the whole bed. Not enough for me to take any points away from this mattress. Now I'm curious to see how it holds up in the next 2-3 months, I'll review again then. I love the bed, if you like the mattress to conform to your body shape and be soft yet support your back you'll love it. If you like stiff or firm this isn't for you. I say definitely buy this mattress!

This mattress was perfect for me. It was an easy set up out of the box. It does inflate to the full 12 inches if you follow directions for 48 hours. Measure from the middle of the mattress to the edge, not just on the edge. It is an ultra plush so it gives, but it is still supportive. For me, all aches and pains stopped after using it. Great value for the money.

This bed is amazing! First, we visited our local mattress store... very pricey! This mattress had everything we were looking for... since it's a hybrid, it has springs and foam. Shipping was fast! We were skeptical of it being rolled in a box, but it was so easy to transport into our house and set up! It inflated quickly! We're hoping to purchase 2 more for the rest of the rooms in our house! You won't regret this purchase!

Very pleasantly surprised! Very happy, once plastic was cut, it immediately sprung to full size. Really like the quality, will never spend excess money on other mattresses again, when the quality on this one is this good. Only thing left is to see how it holds up in the long run. I’ll try to remember to update my review in a few years. Have a feeling, it is going to hold up well.

I suffer from musculoskeletal issues. I ordered this bed after reading such rave reviews. I prefer for my mattress to be soft and plush; However, this mattress is firmer than I anticipated. On my previous mattress, I had a six-inch memory foam topper. After placing the topper on this mattress, I am resting much better. It is worth the price you are paying, especially if you are in desperate need of a new mattress. Please note that when the package is delivered, it is fairly heavy. I recommend having someone help you with set up.

I had a very hard time getting the box frame, (not a spring at all) delivered and had to make ten calls to Walmart and to FedEx in order to find out what had happened to my order..my item was apparently lost and I was given four different delivery dates. I had to have someone at my apartment all day every day to help. Once delivered. Both my mattress and box frame came on the same day. The frame was relatively easy to put together-folding out into place and sturdy. The matress, once out of the box, sprang into place immediately and did not require the 24-48 hours recommended, nor did it have an unpleasant odor. I am happy with both items, but very unhappy with the delivery service thru FedEx.

I did so much research before purchasing this mattress! This is a great quality for the price, and it’s comfortable! I was expecting a 12” mattress though. This mattress is 11.4” and the tag even states that. Not a HUGE difference, but when you have something in mind, you hope that you get what you are promised! The mattress is heavy so have help! Also, the box it came in was destroyed by poor mail handling( I do not blame the company).

Bought the mattress (queen) less than seven months ago. I opened the box and let it expand for about three days. It did expand to about 11.5 inches but one corner did not expand that much (no big deal cause I don't sleep on the corners). However, I already have a permanent depression in the center of the mattress where I sleep. I'm 5'9" and 190 lbs so I don't think I'm punishing the mattress with my girth or weight. Nonetheless, the depression is always there and it reminds me of sleeping in a trench (which I had the pleasure of doing a few times in the Army). I probably would not mind the shallow depression were it not for my low back pain and the fact that this is supposed to be MEMORY foam mattress. Unfortunately, it has a shorter memory than my teenagers.

this mattress is very uncomfortable. I tried to return it but apparently the mattress can't be returned once opened, which is NOT STATED ont eh return policy, only that "the item requires special handling for returns". The bed is terrible and the seller is a SCAMMER.

I had an Ashley matress and wanted to get a new one so I ordered this one thinking it was the same. It is not the same! This matress is not at all like the other. We have slept on this matress for about 3 months and you can see exactly where we sleep because the matress is sunk in. I would not recommend this matress
