Perfect New Love Seat!
We LOVE this sofa! It's is firm but extremely comfortable! We have 4 kids and a dog, so we didn't want to spend a fortune on new furniture, but still wanted something that was comfortable, stylish, and well put together! This checks off everything on this list!

Loveseat with big character
Excellent quality, love the grey color, arrived sooner than expected and came with two throw pillows! This will be a great addition for our music reading room.

Nice but a little firm
Nice looking but a little harder than the one in store. Hopefully it will soften up! Other than that it is stylish and a great fit for a medium size living room.

Great for 1st sofa
Couch is a little stiff but after a few days softens up. The fabric is fine. Overall a starter love seat and sofa.

Good
Love the look, color and fabric. Not as comfortable as I hoped as this sofa is very firm and sits kinda high. Hoping it will soften up over time.

Looks good, details lacking
The loveseat is nice: the fabric and color are a classic pattern in a neutral gray. It looks good in my small home office space. However, the seat cushions are stiff and the back cushions are too full and puffy, making the too hard seat cushions also awkwardly shallow. The throw pillows look cheap, but I planned to replace them anyway. I'm hoping that the loveseat will be more comfortable over time, but I can't change the unfortunate fact that the feet that came with it are PLASTIC. So disappointed!

Disappointed
I am somewhat disappointed. Not as comfortable as I had hoped. Feels stiff. The back cushions seem very overstuffed. Seating space is lessened due to this. Also disappointed that the seat cushions cannot be reversed.

Not very happy!
I like the furniture but it came with dirt marks on the chairs! The loveseat left side looks crooked! I would like to have a tech come out and look at it. thank you
