This power recliner is wonderful. It has all the features of much more expensive chairs. The heat setting is wonderful and if you are using it to transfer to a walker or a wheelchair, you can raise the legs up in the back to aid in that process. The fabric is so much softer than I expected. Also, it doesn't take up half the room if you are tight on space.

This chair was for my 82 year old father. He likes it a lot. He says the arm rests are firm, the way he likes them. He uses the heat and massage features all the time and loves them. He isn't using the lift-to-stand feature as much as I would like, but it is helpful, when he remembers to use it.

I recently had ankle surgery, I was in need of a chair that had all off the features which the chair has. The chair is very comfortable and works very well so far. I love the chair.

Good chair; needs broken in to be a great chair! Time will take care of that. It is a great chair for lifting me up to get out of it. I very much appreciate that aspect.

The chair itself seems fine. It looked pretty durable and the finishing details were fine. My Mom didn't like it because she felt it was too big for her (4'10", 97), so we gave it to my brother. I would recommend it for a larger person.

The chair works great and seems to be sturdy. It is comfortable and the best and massage add to the luxury of the chair. I gave it 4/5 stars because of the remote not being labeled in a user friendly display. It's hard to determine which direction and which area will be adjusted just by looking at the icons.

A very comfortable chair for a plus sized person. However, I wish it could elevate my feet higher than it does.

The footrest doesn't go up high enough to give adequate relief to legs. I like the heat but was hoping the .massage would cover a little more area. The assist into and out is good. If that is the primary use for the chair, would recommend but not for heat or massage.

I'm not very happy with it. I need to call the store because when you get up from the chair, it makes a loud pop like the seat sinks in and then the spring pops out. I don't know if that's the way it's supposed to be and then the leg lift doesn't lift very high. It's not straight out. It's kinda at a slight angle. It's very uncomfortable for someone who has leg problems.
