We absolutely love these chairs! well constructed %26 the best recliners we have ever purchased. Looking forward to long relationship with these chairs.

So far (a week into my new purchase) I'm extremely happy with this purchase. I stand 6' 1" and weigh 235 lbs, this chair fits wonderfully, supporting head down to heels. Granted, it's only been a week, and if anything changes I'll update my review, but so far everything is great!

This is a fantastic addition to our home. The reclining feature almost lays you out flat, while the adjustable headrest keeps me from wrenching my neck to still be able to watch TV. The softness of the seat cushioning is a bit on the firm side, but i can see it settling to perfect after a few months of break in time.I saw before purchasing that some were disappointed by the massage feature, stating it wasn't enough, but I disagree. This isn't a massage chair, it is a recliner with a massage feature, and the intensity I think is appropriate. I personally won't use the heated feature, but my wife loves it and describes it as being just as warm or more so than the heated seats in the car. As for the 99 Honda civic style underbody glow....it's a feature. Overall, it is a great recliner.

Wonderful!!! Love the firmness and easy to get up out of it. Massage makes you relax and you want to turn it on every time you sit in it. I wish the heat was in the back instead of the seat.

Very comfortable, massage feature is great. The heat function doesn't seem to really do much, can't tell is on or not. Power headrest really makes watching TV easy without craning your neck.

We loved the design and it was comfy. The massage and heating are plus. The size is not too bulky and reasonably priced for all the things that are available for this recliner. Highly recommend.

My husband and I are getting older and these recliners went into our bedroom. It made all the difference for us:) Comfort 5 stars, Appearance 5 stars, and Technology 5 stars!

Love everything about the chair except...the remote is not removeable, and I am unable to figure out what each button does, and when the heat or massage is on, a slight bump turns it off. The worse thing about it was that there were no directions on how to properly use or set the chair. I am very satisfied otherwise. And yes, this chair does need instructions on the buttons, I know that may sound silly. I have the chair that is pictured.

The chair very good quality. The leather feels really nice. All the button for recline, forward, heat, and massager work very well. I like the cushion and support as it is not too soft. Soft cushions usually do not last long as they will break down. If I had to say anything critical is that the chair sits up a tad high, the back of the chair sits a little deep, and there should be a little more support for the low back. With that said, I am only 5'8" with short legs. So if you're tall, it might work well for you.

I never received any of my packages because your online ordering kept defaulting to my old address. Even tho I talked to one of your employees and she specifically told me you guys got all of your merchandise back (over 2,000 dollars) her name was haya and I had the report number for the call as well and all of your calls are recorded but some how you guys can't find the record of the call and now tell me none of the merchandise got recovered god that's convenient isn't it? Not to mention a video game got delivered first and I called and told you guys it went to the wrong address and you guys told me I had to contact fed ex and update address so the rest of the order would come to the right address so I called them they tell me you guys have restrictions on that and I would have to call you and get the restrictions lifted so I call you guys back and you tell me you can't lift restrictions so I would just have to wait 48 hrs after all the stuff got delivered a file for a refund. With you guys being a billion dollar company I was sure you wasn't giving me the run around. Well after 48 hrs is up I call back and you guys tell me since it got delivered you can't issue a refund this is crazy I expected better of you guys and I will be contacting my lawyer It will cost you guys a lot more than my measly 2,000 dollars you are trying to steal
