Took awhile to arrive but overall nice product. It was shipped safely with reinforced protection.

Headboard is heavyweight and looks great. I did have difficulty putting it together because of the weight and couldn't distinguish screw holes but Ashley sent someone to my home to help me which was surprising and welcomed. It is a little shaky on my metal bed frames and wished they had offered it with sideboards.

I love the look of this bed and I was so excited even though it literally took 6 months + to get it. It was very easy to put it together (I put it up myself) but the one major thing I don't like about it, is that the headboard does not have a thick bottom to it. Meaning, the whole heavy headboard is held up by what looks like black THIN boards and the headboard shakes when even getting on the bed! If it was made like the footboard is, we would be in great shape! That's the major problem with this bed. I have had it less than a year so far but so far so good. I will be pretty disappointed if I can't even get 5 years out of it.

You are getting what you pay for. It's not solid wood. It looks great. It probably won't hold up to a lot of abuse/wear

The holes on the headboard don't match up with the holes on the bed frame. Both are brand new. So we just had to place the headboard against the wall and push the bed against it. Not good.

This bed frame is beyond flimsy and the quality seems very poor. We have joked on numerous occasions that we are worried that the headboard will fall on top of us in the middle of the night. The main supports for the headboard are short to the point where the board itself is slanted and not completely standing straight and moves with the slightest touch. I would have expected more from this in terms of quality.

It's okay, it's not that sturdy, it sways. Ours came with nail holes along the top and it looked like someone tried painting over one hole and then decided to stop since it's noticeable. We are a little disappointed, it's kind of poorly made.

My use of this piece had changed so it sat in the box until now. Upon further investigation, this piece was damaged on the inside of the piece, in at least two places, Big chuncks. This is causing the piece to not sit property, very unstable. And a few tracks fell off of the inside when I pulled the drawers open. Very cheaply made. I have no use for this piece and would appreciate if Ashley would reach out to me to return it.

Horrible bed. First of all there is no mention in details that bed need either slates or sprint box. Secondly headboard is resting on very thin slab of wood and that's make headboard so wobbly. Thirdly the side panels of bees just get stuck in to hooks, meaning if you have to life bed little both you cannot use side panels to lift otherwise they come out. Overall not happy with product, Wayfair has so much better beds with similar pricing.

The craftsmanship is not good. The entire frame is not well made and completely unsupportive. Ended up spending additional money on metal frames to go inside the frame so I didn't completely lose out. I would not recommend this product.
