Bought this for my 10 year old son and we all love it! Its beautiful and has extra storage which is always helpful! My only suggestion would be to have a low profile box spring because we have a regular one and it is definitely too tall. We ended up leaving it because my son loved being that high off the floor, it personally you don't even really need a box spring for your mattress .

Saved me from needing a side table in my small apartment! Very well made and sturdy. Looks even better in person and the cubby holes are just right for books, alarm clock, kleenex etc. I looked at other bookcase headboards and none had the style of this one. The color is a beautiful driftwood. No regrets!

I brought this 2 years ago. Still love it. I did remove the box spring because it sat too high. My son has enjoyed this bed with the bookcase head board. I would buy again.

I love the bookcase headboard but there were a couple of spots that were damaged but it's too hard to get people to help with returns. I already had the side rails, footboard, 2 night stands and 2 dressers so I love the furniture. I guess everything can't be perfect.

Received our furniture two weeks ago and it's been one headache after another. First they sent the slats were cut wrong, so they could not finish assembling the bed. The delivery guys left the mattress and bed board in the hall way. We wait 3 days for the slats, which we had to pick up because we were going away. When we try to put the slats on the bed we find out the bed is made wrong. Another weekend and my son can't use his room. And now, before we have even used the dresser, the "veneer" paper is already coming off and is frayed on every other drawer. The workmanship is horrible and the customer service could care less.
