Bought it later on to go with the matching sectional we already have. Firm and supportive. Movie time with my wife is much better now that we can practically lay on the couch together!

Bought to match the sofa. Loved the look however the decking is faulty and a known manufacturer issue. Although we purchased extended warranty Reguard refused to fix it Ashley Furniture could not help because it's past the one year manufacturer warranty I now have to replace the item at my expense Dissapointed with the lack of accountability on this purchase

Padding/cushioning on top collapsed,so that when you sit on it or put your feet up yoi feel the wood. They sent someone to fix it in our home and then within a month it happened again. It's got sunken in spots and looks dumb. Made cheaply for the amount of money we spent on it. Uncomfortable and embarrassing when you have company.

This is a replacement since the lost one broke in 2 places. It's beautiful on the outside but made super cheap on the inside with just thin pre fabricated wood. I am just wondering how long it will take before this one breaks.

The middle is completely hollow and I am even scared to sit on it or allow anyone to sit on it. The intention on buying it was so it could be utilized as an extra seating option if I had extra company over. This was not obviously advertised so if I would have known, I most likely wouldn't have purchased it.

You can't put any weight on this ottoman. We had Ashley come out and fix it within a week of buying it. They let's us know you aren't supposed to put weight on it. Luckily we are smart enough to reinforce it ourselves and now we can sit on it or put our feet on it if we want.

this ottoman weighs about 20 lbs and for that size it really should weight more. It is very light and when I go to sit on it I feel like i'm going to go through it. Would recommend you put another matching ottoman as this does not cut it for the price.

I'd recommend not buying this one, although it looks nice, the construction of this is a solid woot frame on the edges, and overtime the cushion becomes worn down around the edges causing them to feel hard as the wood below it. The supporting strap that suspends the cushion in the center broke and its permanently sunken. Bottom line this ottoman is not the one.

I've had the couch one week today where people have set the foam has a dent in it. Love the look but disappointed that it's already doing that after one week.

Ottoman is cheaply made. Only had it a few months and it's already sunken in the middle and sloping in one corner. It naturally was sunken in with hard wooden sides. Not good for knees or toddlers/babies.
