I like the firmness of the cushions and the welting on them. The sofa has 3 adjustable legs to support the middle. We're very satisfied at this point. Ashley needs to make covers to fit this furniture. We bought some from another company but they aren't a custom fit and are a little too big.

We bought this couch along with the futon and it has the feel of a sectional but at a much lower cost point. The materials are nice and the couch is so comfortable you wouldn't think it was meant for the outdoors. We were so happy to find a blue couch also so it adds wonderful color to our patio.

Our local Ashley store had no outdoor furniture to test sit & no fabric or other material samples to help us choose a product. We crossed our fingers and ordered online hoping this would look OK with our older squirrel-nibbled furniture and be comfortable. What a pleasant surprise! The cushions are comfortably firm, and the color was true to the online image. The arms are a bit too low for a leaner like me, but a pile of pillows solves that problem. The cushions were doused by unexpected heavy rain overnight, a bit wet by afternoon but not squishy sponges like our older furniture. Wish the ottoman cushion had Velcro or ties to keep it on the frame, but still a nice, big extra seat. It was worth every penny to pay for the optional service of assembly & removal of the packing material. It all looks great. Added benefit - the squirrels have shown zero interest in chomping the new sofa & chairs.

Great set. The cushions are dense foam and thick; about 4 inches. We love this set and have used it a lot since we bought it. Great napping couch. The seats are reinforced with support bands so no sagging after 4 months of daily use.

I love all the room and deep seating on this couch. The cushions aren't super comfy, but maybe that means they will keep their shape over time. Overall, I am very pleased.

Love this deep seating chair. I feel so relaxed when I sit in it :)I wish the cushion that goes on top of the ottoman would stay in place, but not a big deal. Both pieces are very well made.

Outstanding purchase worth every penny!! Comfortable and sturdy…only wish it had covers for the weather…still absolutely love and works perfect in our space! Thanks Ashley!

We love these! We bought two. The only thing wrong with one of them was a small snag in the fabric on one of the cushions. They are comfortable.

Great product, good height and firm cushion. The flaw is that the cushion just sits atop the ottoman, not secured in any way. So when you adjust your feet or stand up if you are sitting on the ottoman, the cushion slides around.
