Shipping was very fast! Received in 6 days! Easy assembly. The cushions are stiff, but I think they will be broken in soon as I tend to sleep there since my heart surgery. Perfect for that.

Love this chair. Was able to put together by myself in less than 15 minutes. It's super comfortable and the heat and massage works great. Loves that it also runs on a battery in case of power outages. I bought for my disabled mom but I'll buy another soon for me. Would recommend.

My husband loves it and is so happy he went with this chair. He enjoys that it has heat and massage, great for his back.The color is good and he loves the fabric.

Great lift chair at an economical price. This chair is perfect for my Dad to help him up. He loves the heat setting as he always seems to catch a chill.

chair is functional, though the footrest does not close tightly to the chair in the down position. Not impressed with Ashley sales. Promised a USA made chair, received two chairs from Vietnam.

Stiff and hard

The heat and massage functions are amazing, the only issue is that it is obviously not made for tall people, my legs hang over the end approximately 10 inches

It's EXTREMELY SMALL. The arms are low and I have been trying to return it since the day I got it and the customer care department tells me it's scheduled for pickup but won't give me a tracking nor a reference number. I'm a 65 yo woman putting a big box out in the driveway every morning and having to get my daughter to help me wrestle it back in every evening.

I have returned it,it was a horrible purchase! Power broke on the second day. I was suffering from Covid in my back, and I could not lay down to sleep. I was so happy to get the chair and only able to sleep in it one night it was truly made up very very cheap

Bought this chair because I was having major surgery and in constant pain. Got it about 2 weeks before surgery and new it was a big mistake. It's not comfortable at all. Very hard, with little to no cushioning. Now 6 months after surgery still hate using this chair. I get up in way more pain. But I'm stuck with it. Also foot rest is way too short and I'm only 5'4”. Arm rests are practically nonexistent they are so low. The massage is just a vibration that puts my legs to sleep even more. The heating portion is only at the lower lumbar. I need to use several pillows to get somewhat comfortable. All in all DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless your looking for a stiff uncomfortable chair.
