This arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I wanted something to serve as storage space that could turn into additional seating when necessary. So many alternatives looked cheap and were rated unsturdy by purchasers, but this one had a nice subtle elegance to it that appealed to me. And it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than things that were not all that more attractive. There was no assembly, which highlights the only poor part of the purchase. It is supposed to sit on legs that you attach, but no legs were to be found anywhere in any packaging or within the bench itself. Luckily, I had planned all along to NOT use the legs as it would just leave an area to gather dust under the bench. I purchased some large furniture pads to place in each corner just to make sure it doesn't scrape the wood floor when moved. The lid stays open on its own when you are using the storage area. There is plenty of space for TV accessories that I rarely use but want to have handy. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

Love this bench, everything about it! The color is perfect for my room, it has ample storage, is very comfortable and was priced well. Definitely money well spent.

This bench is the right height for sitting to put on shoes. It is sturdy so that when I sit on it it doesn't groan or sound like it is going to break. There is plenty of storage room for blankets. The fabric is nice. I like the look and style of the bench. I It has everything that i needed in a storage bench for my bedroom.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It looks great and is extremely sturdy. Plus I was able to fit all my extra blankets and linens inside. I am older so I was also looking for a bench to sit while putting on my shoes. This is all around perfect in every way for me. I am also very pleased with the color.

Good price and a new home for my vac

I like the color and style of the storage bench and I think the feet give it a nice elevated touch. The one negative is that when my husband went to assemble it, the hardware had been opened and we were missing a washer. I'm not sure if it had been returned, but that was a bit of a letdown. Otherwise, we're happy with the purchase.

Nice size for our needs. Bought it online so did not know how rough the fabric felt. Also did not realize how much the cover would encroach into the space behind it when opening it up. Should be hinged differently so that the unit could be placed tight against the bed footboard and not have to leave a 3” gap for the top to hinge open. Other than that it will work for our needs, but not overly excited about it.

Pretty poor quality. The holes for the feet weren't drilled properly so the feet screw in at wonky weird angles. The hardware is stored inside the bottom linking with 3 sides of Velcro, but the liner ripped off when I tried to open it. The worst part is that the entire thing is warped so it's incredibly wobbly, would need a 3/4" shim to keep it stable. I'll probably return it which is a huge pain in the butt. It also has a really strong smell, not the usual new furniture smell but more like a musty smell, it's stinking up my whole house right and I already left it outside for hours to off gas. Avoid this item.

All hardware was loose and rolling around in the internals of the base and took me 20+ minutes of shaking and jiggling a 60+ lb object to not even get all the lockwashers and washers back. Not happy about that at all because there was also wood splinters falling out all over the place as well, so makes me question the build quality and it's safety now too - who knows how chewed up the insides got banging around hardware internally throughout the entire shipping process.
