Love it! Perfect for Mom in Nursing Facility!

Couldn't be happier with this sectional after ordering online. The lighting is a little cheesy (Baylor Fraternity vibes) but would probably look great in a bigger space with better flooring. Originally worried about durability with a big puppy but after 3 weeks, only one loose stitch, which is way better than I expected.

At this time I am very satisfied with it. I will see how it wears over time. But at present the chair is great just wish I had more room for it. However, that has nothing to do with the chair.

Powerful motors to help you recline and assist you in standing up as you exit this well built chair. Very comfortable. I recommend this recliner.

Nice chair, but the seat is much narrower than I expected! It's tight against my thighs when I sit in it. It's probably better suited for someone on the skinnier side. The chair was surprisingly easy assemble by myself once I got it out of the box. While the box did fit through the door (as promised), the box itself was very heavy and hard to maneuver (I highly recommend having two people available to bring it inside- especially if you have steps to navigate!). As other reviewers have commented the heat and massage features are very weak.

This is my second Ashley recliner, since I love the first one so much. I chose this one because it was somewhat smaller and I had limited space, plus it offered features like heat and massage. It came well packaged in one box, which made it pretty heavy to maneuver getting it into the house. Assembly was pretty straight forward, but it would be helpful to have someone to help with lining up the brackets when putting the back on. As far as quality it looks nice, The fabric is a slightly gray taupe with somewhat of a brushed suede finish. First impression upon sitting in it was that the back and seat are very well cushioned, but neither myself nor my husband felt it was comfortable enough to sleep in for an extended period of time. The lift mechanism works fine, but the chair itself doesn't seem as sturdy when operating as the larger Yandel. For the price, its an OK chair, but due to my disability, if I had tried it out in the store I probably would not have purchased it.

I want to be refunded $79 for assembly services I said I did not want. We put the chair together ourselves. I have requested this refund several times.
