This replaced a sleeper sofa that sat in front of gaming consoles. What a world of difference! And I was able to actually take a nap on it without interrupting anybody else using it. It changed the dynamic of how the room itself was used. When not gaming, my husband would use it while he's writing. The storage in the arms fit throw blankets, so it always looked tidy, creating a wonderful visual break from what is usually a cluttered room with pillows and blankets strewn about, and drinks with coasters on side tables. The sofa in the show-room won me over when I sat on it and my tailbone did not hurt. I think we just need to break this one in and we'll get there.

This sofa has exceeded our expectations. It’s truly plush and comfortable. It looks great in our living room and the cup holders, the back lay, the lights both LED and study lights are all great assets. Oh and the outlets come so in handy and I was so happy to have a storage on each side of the recliner so I could store my computer out of sight :). It looks very modern and I like the stitching too. Very sleek and looks easy to clean and maintain.

Great sofa that is very comfortable. I really like that the stitching detail is also on the ends. Overall a great piece. If given the opportunity to change something I’d say, remove the cup holders in the armrest. They are redundant and break up the look of the sofa, giving it immediate “comfort over style” energy.

We are really enjoying the new sofa. Very comfortable and really like the technology that comes with it. The lights underneath are a great feature as is all electronics built into the sofa. Would recommend others to purchase! Thank you.

It's beautiful in my livingroom but it's not as comfortable as it was in the store. And the electric headrest doesn't come forward enough. The sofa is very stiff and hard on my back.

Very nice and attractive chair. Smooth operation and nice padding. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is I wish it would recline independently of the foot rest.

The sofa becomes uncomfortable after sitting on it for about an hour, especially when trying to watch a movie. Additionally, the headrest only moves up and down and does not provide adequate support for your head, which can detract from the overall comfort experience
