Bought this Sofa and was Afraid that how will be the sofa and how will be the delivery process, since i had not opted for assemble. But The delivery process also was great, since i was getting update on the product every day and. Even the delivery people helped us to keep the sofa inside tour house, which was also great. When we assembled, Sofa was very comfortable to sit and sleet. Perfect Set Up for Watching Movies and sports.

Perfect easy set up. Easy access and put away for the fold out makes into about a full size bed. I do wonder if they come with a replacement cushion without the chase to replace the chase as a choice but overall great product so far almost a week in. Already fell asleep on it twice .

I've been using this sofa-chaise-sleeper and chair set for about a year now, they're pretty comfortable and durable - I've been sleeping on the sofa more than I have in my bad, and have been quite happy with it - I don't often unfold the sleeper portion of it, and don't really need to, it's a pretty roomy sofa even for me (at about 6'4" tall.) In a way I kind of wish I'd been a little more adventurous and had gotten this in blue for a little more colour, but the neutral grey linen fabric seems to go with just about anything and looks great. And, at my height, I do regret that there doesn't seem to be a way to make this furniture a little higher off the ground, and that there isn't a matching ottoman/foot-stool to extend the chaise part enough (at my height, my feet overhang it), but I can't really hold that against this set.

Not the best quality material. Snags very easily. The couch back is very low. Waiting to see what happens to the cushions as it is used more. They are starting to “bend” in the middle due to the low back of the couch. Couch is firm and easy to put together

Works well for a small space. It's fairly comfortable. I wouldn't rave about how comfortable it is though. My biggest complaint is that it is either pilling, or fuzz is really sticking to it. A lint roller can't fix the problem, so I assume it is pilling. I really can't complain though, because you get what you pay for….and we didn't pay that much for it :)

This was just an ok purchase , the size of the couch is great for my space but it is certainly not the most comfortable couch and the pull out part , I have issues with , the bar does not always lock into place . The material of the couch also has a rough feel to it

Overall the couch has held up in terms of guests sleeping on it (albeit probably uncomfortably), and I haven't had any mechanical issues. I chose this couch based on the price/color but for some reason not only did I not read reviews, I didn't even consider my own height for the chaise section. I'm 5'8 and if I sit with my legs out and the pillow behind me, my feet hang over. I would have to remove the pillow to fit, but then you end up sitting against a hard backing. It is cheaply made, and depending on how I sit down, I can hear it creak. If you don't use your couch a lot, it could be a good fit for a space not frequently used or if you're styling a model room. If you enjoy long movies, binge watching shows, etc. this is not the one. Also, if you have a kitten or cat and they "go missing" they've probably snuck up underneath it to sleep in the pocket.

This was my first couch I purchased for my first apartment. I loved it for the first 2 years. It was comfortable to lounge on and I loved the pull out feature to sprawl on while I watch a movie. I've taken so many naps on it and it comfortable. After 3 years my couch is broken. It sags because the pull out function is broken. After pulling it out a lot the screws came off and completely sagged the couch. I am now looking to buy a new couch but very disappointed this did not last long. Do not purchase if you're going to use the pull out function.

I bought this couch for my first apartment just over a year ago. I will say that it has been used a lot, as it's a small apartment and the only seating we used. It was comfy at first, very firm to sleep on. Some couches get more comfortable as you break them in but this one has become very uncomfortable to sleep or even sit on. the cushions are cheap and became lumpy and uneven after about 5-6 months, the leg for the sleeper part of the couch broke and someone from the company came to fix it and basically said there's nothing he could do and left with it still broken, there is a large bar on the chaise that is uncomfortable and unpleasant to sit on. I wouldn't recommend this unless it's for a guest room and won't be used terribly often.

I'm so unhappy with this sofa. It has pilled after just a few months and holds onto every-and I mean every-speck of dust. Impossible to vacuum. Feels like foam attached to a hard board ( no cush) Also when setting up the foldout section the bar is very difficult to stabilize and constantly tries to fold back in.
