With white glove delivery fee and the 5 year warranty costs we were somewhat concerned, but now with them in our new home and enjoying them we are thrilled with these picks, we bought the sofa, the loveseat and the rocking chair recliner which the wife has taken over, two very happy customers!

I really like my purchase. I bought the navy blue sofa, the recliner works well and the seating is nice and firm, very comfortable. I only have to have it about 3.5 inches from the wall to fully recline, so that has worked well in my small living room. I also purchased the matching recliner and am so pleased to have a set that matches! It seems to be well-made, and the delivery was on time.

Very firm sitting which I like. Plenty of sitting room. The electric reclining sofa is easy to use and the convenience of the phone chargers is an added plus.

It's a great sofa! Just wish the power recliner button wasn't so low- it's hard to reach from the reclined position. Otherwise, it's comfortable and looks great!!

We purchased both the recliner sofa and loveseat and are completely satisfied with them. They are very nice looking and comfortable to sit and recline in. We've only had for about a month now but the quality appears to be very good.

We really love our new set, and it's really comfortable. The one thing thet we didn't notice while shopping was the wide open space at the bottom of the back. Ours floats in our room and it's totally apparent, and looks like a recliner from the back!

I am happy with the comfort & style of the sofa & loveseat. I sure do wish I had been able to get the sales price, though. If I had known it would be going on sale, I would have waited two more weeks to purchase. :(

Nice color but center cushion is fixed and when you sit on it is higher than end cushions and definitely not comfortable. Wished I would have paid closer attention. Probably would not have purchased. Hind site 20-20. Reclines well but center does not come down.

THE SOFA IS OK, BUT NOT GREAT. IWAS IN CONTACT WITH OUR SALESMAN THE DAY AFTER DELIVERY, ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH THE THE WAY ONE SIDE OF THE SOFA FELT DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER. HE STARTED A "CASE " THROUGH ASHLEYS ON IT. ASKLEYS TEXT ME ASKING FOR PICTURES OF THE PROBLEM. WELL, WHEN THE PROBLEM IS THE FEEL OF THE CUSHION FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER, THAT WON'T SHOW IN PICTURES. THE SALESMAN MADE THE STATMENT UP FRONT THAT A COMFORT ISSUE IS PROBABLY NOT COVERED, EVEN THOUGH WE BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THROUGH THE STORE. I DON'T BELIEVE THIS IS CLASSIFIED AS A COMFORT ISSUE AT THIS POINT. BUT THAN IF IT IS A COMFORT ISSUE WHATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF A NEW SOFA TO BEGIN WITH.

Beautiful color, leather reclining sofa. The reason why I have given it three stars is because it is like sitting on concrete. The model in the storeroom was so comfy, this is not. 😕
