This sofa was a great surprise. When buying online there are certain things you are unsure of. First of all, this is a BIG sofa, so measure your space b4 ordering. We had ample room to accommodate it. Secondly, the fabric is amazing, woven for toughness but yet silky soft. The subtleties of the soft colors are expertly woven. The pillows are big and fluffy and bounce back to perfection. Great support! Best napping couch ever!

I love this sofa, it's so pretty! It's also well made for the price. The colors are a perfect mix of beige hues and it's so soft. I picked it because all the cushions are reversible so it will always look nice.

I love this sofa so much I bought another exactly the same. The seats are deep and comfortable. The material is soft and durable. I love the high back. Best sofa I've ever had!

I have been looking for a couch for over two years. I love it so much, it's absolutely beautiful. I even did a wood design accent wall to make the couch pop more. I would advise you ladies out there that love to snuggle with your other half it's the one to buy! Awesome price too. It's wide when you remove the pillows.

I have had this set for over a year. Within months the seat cushions were touching the ream of the frame. I have tried using inserts to help but of no avail. I gave it two stars because of the color and the material feels lovely in winter and summer. Being T-cushion doesn't help. I have no children and minimal guest come for visits, no reason for cushions to be so flat. Uncomfortable!

This couch is great upon delivery. However, I've had it for 4 months and it started severely sagging in 1.5 months with normal use. Now it looks like it should be replaced and is so low it is uncomfortable to get out of. A cheaply made item unfortunately.

While I love the look of this sofa, I have to agree with the others. It does not last. Within days we had fraying, but now 2 years later we are on the verge of replacing. The cushions are sunken and it has a bad cream where it sounds as if the bottom is about to give way. We have a family of 6, so we definitely use the couch often, but for the price I would expect it to last longer than 2 years (not even).

Looks great but after two weeks, the left side of the sofa appears to sag. Thought it was the cushion so we flipped them around. Cushion appears to have flattened a little but the spring appears to be a culprit as well. Spring on the left is lower and less taunt then the right.

The sofa, whenever we sit on it, sinks far too deep and has caused backache and inconveniences. The sofa we saw in the showroom has firm cushions; however, the one we have sunk too deep. I sat on the couch and loveseat, and the results were the same. The problem may not be with the cushions, but the sofa base needs to be firmer for the size of the cushions.

This couch has a lot of reviews when people first get the couch. I loved it then too. It looked great and set great. I have now had the couch for right at 3 years and it is terrible. The support in it is a piece of plywood stapled in the center that breaks down. It's sagging and noisy. I have books under it to support it. The love seat did the same thing fairly quickly, did get that one replaced but it's starting. It's not worth the price, go buy something somewhere else.
