nice chair. the butt cushion is a little stiff, but if you are overweight like me, you need it. my butt doesn't touch the frame through the cushions and i have been watching movies in it for several days now. i am 5'9" and my feet cannot touch the floor if i sit upright against the back rest, which is nice, in my opinion. i have about 5 or so inches of extra hip space to wiggle and the main reason i bought it was that no matter what position i sit, i do not feel the recliner frame of the chair cutting into my legs/feet. the only thing i wish this chair had was an option to make the arm rests taller/thicker with zippers, so i can feel like it is hugging me a little, i just put a medium/small throw pillow below my elbows. it doesn't rock back and forth. it doesn't turn. it is really easy to take apart. the stitching is really nice too. the fabric is like a soft valour/faux leather. i highly recommend this chair.

My husband has dementia. The buttons on the side are no problem for him to operate. The chair is most comfortable for him at the different levels of recline that it offers. I would highly recommend this brand to those who are looking for a great one.

Comfortable, sturdy recliner. We live with 2 cats that are not declawed. So far they are showing no interest in using it as a scratch post. They do sit on it and we have not seen any scratch marks from them stretching and moving around on it. We have had it 1 week and so far we are super happy with this material/product. We also purchased the matching sectional and we love that too! Fadia was our sales specialist that worked with us and she was simply amazing!

I love this chair, super comfortable and looks great in my room. I will be having double knee replacement surgery soon and needed a comfy chair to recuperate in. This chair not only looks great in my room but the cushion is so comfy. I highly recommend.

Bought a few years ago.has held up very nicely. Is very comfortable. Hard to recliner in it and ot fall asleep right away ...so comfortable...also ez to kerp clean ...looks brand new after a few years

The leather quality is very good and the chair has a nice overall appearance. However, I have a few observations: The armrests are quite wide, which may not be comfortable for all users. The chair does not offer separate controls for raising and lowering the leg rest. When fully reclined, the legs are lifted to an uncomfortable height, and it is not possible to lower them without returning the chair to the upright sitting position.

Just received the chair a couple of days ago. Biggest issue is it's hard as a rock. The one in the showroom was extremely comfortable but I guess 1000's of people plopping into the chair softened it over time. Hopefully this will be the case with ours in time.

As a 78 year old person having to assemble a 140 lbs. chair is not possible. Therefore I can not rate this item any higher.

This is the second chair the first chair at 6months the cushion sank on the right side so that it became uncomfortable to sit. That is very disappointing since the old chair was 15 years old and had no issues. The mechanical parts have been great.
