My husband has dementia. The buttons on the side are no problem for him to operate. The chair is most comfortable for him at the different levels of recline that it offers. I would highly recommend this brand to those who are looking for a great one.

Comfortable, sturdy recliner. We live with 2 cats that are not declawed. So far they are showing no interest in using it as a scratch post. They do sit on it and we have not seen any scratch marks from them stretching and moving around on it. We have had it 1 week and so far we are super happy with this material/product. We also purchased the matching sectional and we love that too! Fadia was our sales specialist that worked with us and she was simply amazing!

I enjoy my recliner, very comfy and very roomy which was my choice... I just wished the control panel was made easier... everything else was a plus, I would give it a great rating.

nice chair. the butt cushion is a little stiff, but if you are overweight like me, you need it. my butt doesn't touch the frame through the cushions and i have been watching movies in it for several days now. i am 5'9" and my feet cannot touch the floor if i sit upright against the back rest, which is nice, in my opinion. i have about 5 or so inches of extra hip space to wiggle and the main reason i bought it was that no matter what position i sit, i do not feel the recliner frame of the chair cutting into my legs/feet. the only thing i wish this chair had was an option to make the arm rests taller/thicker with zippers, so i can feel like it is hugging me a little, i just put a medium/small throw pillow below my elbows. it doesn't rock back and forth. it doesn't turn. it is really easy to take apart. the stitching is really nice too. the fabric is like a soft valour/faux leather. i highly recommend this chair.

The leather quality is very good and the chair has a nice overall appearance. However, I have a few observations: The armrests are quite wide, which may not be comfortable for all users. The chair does not offer separate controls for raising and lowering the leg rest. When fully reclined, the legs are lifted to an uncomfortable height, and it is not possible to lower them without returning the chair to the upright sitting position.

Fairly comfortable. I bought the recliner with the best back support. It could still be firmer. Very pretty. One arm packers a bit at the seam.

This is the second chair the first chair at 6months the cushion sank on the right side so that it became uncomfortable to sit. That is very disappointing since the old chair was 15 years old and had no issues. The mechanical parts have been great.

I would never recommend any time to deal with this seller. I had ordered - Ashley Furniture Next-Gen DuraPella Slate Power Recliner Actual Color: Slate . The item was never delivered on the promised time. Sept. 20, 2024. This item was order as a gift for my wife and was supposed to be given to her on Sept 20, 2024 However, I never received the ordered item, till date, hence after speaking with Walmart Customer Support, the order was canceled because the ordered item never arrived on time (Sept. 20, 2024 promised via email). Till date I never received the order item nor did anybody try to deliver it to me. On Sept 25, I received an email from this seller that would charge approx. 50 % for restocking and return shipping fees. I am completely disappointed with the HomeSquare Customer Service because for the item which was never delivered nor attempted to deliver they were saying the delivery was refused and charging me restocking fee and return shipping fee. Totally horrible Customer service . Recommend to stay away from this seller.
