The oversized ottoman is amazing. We don't even care that we don't have any recliners in the house. Thank you for this incredible piece. Also our big dog loves it. She isn't allowed on the couch. Lol

This ottoman was a perfect addition to my living room set also my infant is enjoying it too! Very soft and comfortable not disappointed with my purchase!

I wish it had storage to it but it's huge and does a great job staying in place!

This review is for both the Rawcliffe couch and oversized ottoman. Beautiful couch but did not last as expected. Ottoman sunk in the middle. The back cushions became easily misshapen by my chihuahua sitting on them. I cannot get them to go back to the original shape leaving them looking like a melted old pillow. I was excited when I bought this that I would be able to take off the pillow covers and wash them. That is not the case. The creepy brown stuffing that looks like hair inside isn't encapsulated in anything and there isn't a way to take it out without losing its shape. I've already had to place braces under the seat cushions to help with the sagging as well.

I have only had this ottoman for 2 years and I can't even put my feet or sit on this thing. Purchased it for a new home. It sinks in the middle as if there is not enough cushion. I also can't place a tray or a basket it on it either. Any slight weight on it causes it to dip in the middle. Not happy with my purchase. I brought the matching sectional set as well and I regret it. I thought Ashley had well made furniture but I guess not.

It's not soft like the sectional at all! It also sounds like as if plastic bags is what it's stuffed with. I don't recall the one in the store making this noise not sure if I'll keep it

This Ottoman sags deep into the middle. We didn't realize it till we got it home. The Store says there's nothing they can do about it. The fabric is ver soft and comfy, but the ottoman itself is not.

We purchased this with the ottoman and we were sooo disappointed!! Our pillows have come undone on the corners of some of the back pillows and the throw pillows and the Ottoman since we pulled it out the box has sunk in the center!! Will never buy Ashley's furniture again! All my furniture is Ashley's and I have always been please but I felt robbed with this sectional and ottoman.

This ottoman was great at first but did not wear well. Sunk in the middle and misshapen in less than a year.
