My sister-in-law purchased this chair for her dad while he was in the hospital. His old chair was horrible. He came home from the hospital and saw the chair, sat down and said he loved it. He still talks about the chair and how comfortable it is. I'm re-decorating my den and am going to purchase this chair for me to sit in.

This is a great chair. I was afraid to buy on line, but it turned out to be a great buy! It's comfortable, reclines well, has nice features, I recommend it! Great for a man recovering from surgery too!

Our salesman, Gabriel was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. He did an excellent job of explaining everything we needed to know about our purchase. He did a great job.

Very comfortable & the side pockets are great for keeping remotes & small electronic devices to charge in one place. Only issue would be how easy the chair can topple if you move too far forward before lowering the recliner.

It is really comfortable and easy to relax in it. It was a really great purchase and it was a surprise for my hubby who loves to sleep on it more than the bed.

Loovely chair, very comfortable! It is not too bulky and worked very well in our living room. Reason i gave it a 4 star was because one of the latch to connect the backrest to the seat would not clip into place. It is working fine but wondering if it will give me issues later on. Not, bad for the price though!

We repurchased 3 of the 5 of this exact model and they did away with real useful details such as 1) the power buttons were lighted so that you were able to see them in the dark, 2) as you moved to the upright position, the headrest would also retract simultaneously, and 3) the usb port was located on the side of the rim of the cup holder so you were able to leave your cord plugged in and it would drape off the side out of view (now you plug it into the top of the rim so it sticks out). Alternatively, these have a USB A and C cord port. And this set's armrest are sooo much easier to open than our prior set. And this set does an odd slight lift maneuver and the headrest does a quick adjustment when reclining that did not happen with our prior set. Finally, our first set had the color as shown in the listing, this newer set is much much lighter. (Hoping this may better mask where the pleather rubs off.)

We love how the back doesn't recline immediately while raising the foot rest allowing us to still sit upright and propping up our feet at the same time. Only 4 stars because the cup holders are not level in the bottom causing our cups/ bottles to tilt. Made to cradle cans

This chair is pretty stiff and not all that comfortable. When in the closed position it sits very upright and is awkward feeling. The power and footrest are nice, but I wouldn't recommend this chair if your looking for something comfortable to relax in.

I thought it was a lift chair so I am highly disappointed and also I thought the back would be adjustable and it's only the headrest very disappointed
