Signature Design by Ashley Furniture Acklen Place Pewter Power Recliner

I was looking for a chair I could sleep in because a regular bed now longer was an option for me. I searched high and low and tried in dozens of chair and nothing work. I found this chair and in the showroom I was hopeful it would continue to work because I loved it at first sit. So here we are a month later and I have never slept so good - this is the best chair I have ever owned!!! I have been sleeping in it and have had an average of 6 hours sleep per night. I haven't been able to do that in any other bed or chair in years.

Wasn't really what I was looking for, but ended up being exactly what I wanted! Steve, the gentleman that helped up was kind, friendly, infornative and super efficient! So far incredibly happy with my purchase!

Love our furniture! Had an issue with the chair but we contacted Ashley, their communication was excellent and we've already had it repaired. So everything is great!

I'm mixed on this review. But was very happy with the service so I want to leave a 5 star for service But the chair although is well built is very uncomfortable

Pleased with the replacement; It has a much improved control panel. It's my go-to chair as it is for my 5-year old granddaughter, who likes to snuggle. I originally bought it to recover from knee replacement surgery, but now it's my favorite one.

I absolutely love this chair, but my Great Dane is constantly hitting the controls . I truly wish they were not on the inside of the arm and on the side of the chair instead.

I really like this recliner. It is roomy and very comfortable. My only complaint is the location of the controls. They are on the inside oh the right hand arm rest. It is difficult to reach the control when I share the seat with my grandchild. It puts stress on any charging cables that are used with the charging port. This chair would be greatly improved by moving the controls to the exterior of the arm rest.

I like the controls on the inside of the arm and I love the size of this recliner. I don't like that after two month the seat is now uncomfortable it feels hard like strips of wood under me. I'm disappointed I have always purchased Ashley's brand and had no problems with anything else,.

Very comfortable, but a little too big, that is my fault. The first time I sat down in it, I soon fell asleep, after a busy day. So I am enjoying this chair.

This couch is so uncomfortable. The back rest is too upright and pushed my shoulders forward. To recline slightly the foot rest has to be all the way up. There's no lumbar support
