Don't be fooled
These are not grandpas cement weights. These are attractive sturdy free weights with dumbbell bars and a bench bar. Don't be fooled by the bench bar setup in the advert on site. I mean, I suppose you could use it that way, (looks goofy) but the setup looks like any other bench bar except these have an attractive red color, Actually very impressed with them. Shipped quickly and arrived securely

reasonable weight set
easy enough to use and set up, might be a bit slower to change configurations than tension clips as for 60 lb vs 40, hard to say which one might be better. I think the 6lb is the highest this set offers per weight so maybe two 40 sets instead of one 60 might be better for certain configurations. max on most of the extents is 4 weights.

i have been an exercise person most of my life i never really liked cement filled plates these however are to my liking there is no evidence of the material in the plate broken and shifting even with shipping
